La victoire est donc impérative, et pour cela, les attaquants Verts et Rouges, emmenés par Laurent Gagnier, devront percer la meilleure défense de notre championnat et offrir la délivrance à une équipe qui a du mal à enchainer les bons résultats.
A noter que le terrain a été tout d'abord déneigé puis recouvert par une bâche chauffante achetée par le club pour permettre à la rencontre de se dérouler dans de meilleures conditions que contre Quevilly, et ce, malgré de nouvelles chutes de neige attendues en soirée dans les Ardennes.
A 11 longueurs de la fin, la possibilité de mettre le FCG à 5 points représente un argument de choix pour Sedan afin qu'il se forge un destin... de futur promu !
Serge Romano a convoqué 17 joueurs en prévision de ce "choc". Voici l'équipe qui devrait débuter la rencontre :
