Sedan reste à QuaiLe CSSA a ramené un point du Havre mais voit ses concurrents pour la montée revenir à la charge. Dans un match où chacun a eu sa chance, Sedan peut presque s'estimé décu de cette performance... ... en effet, durant les 5 dernières minutes, Sabin et Gagnier ont loupé le coche... l'ancien Cristolien ratant complètement son tir, face à Vencel, tandis que ce dernier sortit une frappe de notre numéro 10 qui prenait le chemain des filets. Dommage et rageant à la fois.
Cependant, les Havrais ont failli faire la différence en début de seconde période. Ils ont fait preuve d'agressivité, dans le bon sens du terme, pour mettre une forte pression sur nos joueurs, prouvant que sa place en bas de tableau n'est pas méritée (hormis pendant une première partie de match insipide et à oublier très vite des 2 côtés). Ce match aura été conforme aux couleurs locales : le ciel et marine... à la fois porteur d'espoirs et d'inquiétudes. |

L'objectif était de ramener quelque chose de ce déplacement. Mission accomplie avec un point. Mais, car il y a un mais, au vu des autres résultats, il aurait été opportun d'être plus audacieux et de partir un peu plus à l'abordage du navire normand.
Au classement : Brest, Dijon, Chateauroux et Laval ne sont qu'à 4 petits points... Troyes à 2 points mais avec 2 matches de retard, Le Mans et Nancy nous précèdent de 3 et 7 points !!! Tout reste jouable, mais on s'apperçoit qu'une moyenne de 2 points par match jusqu'à la fin du championnat risque de ne pas être suffisante...
A noter la grande performance du futur champion d'europe rémois, écrasé 5 à 0 à domicile par Dijon et Asuar...
A noter que Grenoble, futur visiteur de Dugauguez, a encore perdu... ce qui l'éloigne de plus en plus des premières places. |

A l'instar de Jérémy Henin qui connait parfaitement le stade Deschaseaux, pour y avoir joué durant 10 saisons, les Sedanais devront jouer comme ils le font à domicile depuis plusieurs mois... avec la gnac et la ferme intention de battre leur adversaire.
La victoire mancelle en terre bérichonne a mis une pression supplémentaire sur nos épaules et nous contraint dè lors à l'exploit : battre une équipe qui ne nous réussit pas en Normandie. A noter que les Havrais sont en net regarin de forme depuis leur changement d'entraîneur et qu'ils proposent un jeu plus offensif et solide qu'auparavent.
Serge Romano a recdonduit pour ce déplacement, les 16 joueurs présents face à Gueugnon.
Il privilégiera très certainement un dispositif tactique en 5 - 3 - 2 avec Regnault dans les buts, protégé par (de gauche à droite) Belhadj, Henin, Charpenet, Jambay et Ducourtioux. Le milieu sera coposé de N'Janka, Noro et Amalfitano, soutenant Gagnier et Sabin. |
