Sedan s'est imposé ce soir en Mayenne sur le score de 2 buts à 0. La première mi-temps était équilibrée et chacune des deux équipes se procuraient des occasions sans jamais réussir à trouver l'ouverture. En deuxième mi-temps, Laval allait pousser pour prendre les 3 points mais les Sedanais, qui semblaient fébriles, allaient réagir et développer deux contres meurtriers dans les dernières minutes. C'est d'abord Mansour Boutabout, bien servi par Nicolas Marin, qui trompait Fabrice Catherine (81ème). Puis c'était au tour de Nicolas Marin, notre nouveau numéro 10, de s'illustrer et de crucifier le gardien Lavallois dans un dernier contre salvateur. Bien servi par Boutabout qui profitait d'un bon travail de Mokaké, Marin permettait à Sedan de faire le break et de s'imposer en Terre Mayennaise. Une dernière occasion de Nicolas Marin, qui aurait peut-être du jouer collectif avec David Ducourtioux, ne changera pas le score et les Sedanais rentraient dans les Ardennes avec les 3 points dans les valises. De bon augure avant le déplacement en Corse pour le match en retard face à Bastia ce mardi. Oui mais maintenant, Marin est en confiance !! |

Le CSSA affronte demain l'équipe de Laval au stade Francis Le Basser. Actuellement, les Lavallois sont mal en point et flirtent avec la zone de relégation. Les Sedanais quant à eux ont connu un creux ces deux dernières journées et ils se déplaceront avec des intentions offensives car si le tableau de marche est pour le moment positif (deux points par match en moyenne), les poursuivants commencent à (re)montrer le bout de leur nez. Avant de prendre le virage du match à Bastia, il serait évidemment intéressant de garder la place de leader. Mais pour se faire, Serge Romano sera privé de Cédric Sabin (blessé aux ischio-jambiers) et de Didier Neumann (blessé au dos) qui ont retrouvés Marc-Eric Gueï (rechûte) à l'infirmerie. Laurent Mendy et Boris Mahon "profitent" de ces absences pour réintégrer le groupe Sedanais tout comme Georges Ambourouet qui remplace Nadjim Abdou, victime de sa performance moyenne contre Chateauroux. En face, on retrouvera Fabrice Catherine et Guillaume Deschamps, les deux ex Sedanais. Arnaud Lebrun et Thomas Mienniel, blessés, ont déclaré forfait pour ce match. |
