Sedan perd deux points face à BrestSedan a perdu deux points précieux à domicile ce soir face à Brest. Un nul d'autant plus ennuyeux que Valenciennes et Lorient se sont imposés largement.

Sedan a perdu 2 points ce soir face à Brest.
Et même si tout commençait bien avec une tête de Sabin sur le poteau, consécutive à un coup franc de Noro, c'est bel et bien Brest qui allait ouvrir la marque.
Laurent Mendy, pas encore rentré dans le match, commetait l'irréparable sur N'Gal et Robert Malm transformait le pénalty.
Sur sa lancée, Malm centrait pour N'Gal qui était à deux doigts de tromper Regnault, vigilent.
A la demi heure de jeu, Belhadj permettait à Elana de se mettre en évidence avec une parade du gardien sur la frappe de l'Algérien. Elana ne fatigait pas et intervenait de nouveau, face à Boutabout (36e) et sur un tir de Noro (45e).
La mi-temps était sifflée sur ce score en défaveur des locaux.
La seconde période reprenait tambour battant avec de nouveau un pénalty, mais pour les Sedanais cette fois-ci pour une intervention illégale de Charpenet sur Boutabout.
Noro se chargeait du coup de pied de réparation pour égaliser.
1-1, c'était un nouveau match et sur leur lancée, les Sedanais allaient se montrer de plus en plus pressant jusqu'à l'égalisation de l'inévitable Mansour Boutabout (70e) qui profitait d'une passe de Gagnier faisant suite à un beau mouvement entre Belahdj et Amalfitano.
2-1 on pensait que Sedan allait garder la main-mise sur la rencontre mais c'était sans compter sur N'Gal qui allait délivrer les siens après un long run au cours duquel il se débarassait de deux défenseurs, de Regnault et profitait d'un contre favorable pour égaliser d'une frappe croisée que les défenseurs revenus à l'assaut ne pouvaient empêcher de franchir la ligne.
Un dernier corner de Belhadj pour son compère algérien de l'attaque Mansour Boutabout, dont la tête longeait le poteau, ne permettait pas aux Ardennais de reprendre l'avantage.
Mauvaise opération pour les Verts et Rouge qui voient leurs adversaires directs revenir sur eux.
Pour Brest, c'est une petite bouffée d'oxygène.
Prochain objectif pour les Sedanais : la victoire à Chateauroux le week-end prochain (sans Nicolas Marin, suspendu). |

Fort de ses 3 succés consécutifs, le CSSA espére bien à cette occasion réaliser la passe de 4 et enterrer un peu plus une équipe Bretonne sur le fil du rasoir puisqu'a un point du premier non relégable (avec un match en moins contre Séte malgré tout).
Ce ne serait qu'un juste retour des choses si on considére que la "déculottée" reçue dans le Finistére la saison derniére marqua la fin des ambitions de remontée pour les Sedanais.
N'oublions pas non plus l'affront subit au match aller cette saison (4-1) qui constitue à ce jour la plus cinglante défaite Ardennaise.
Autant de raisons pour remettre les pendules à l'heure ...
La prudence sera cependant de mise, car la qualité de l'effectif Breton nous améne à penser que cette équipe vaut bien mieux que son classement actuel.
Côté joueurs nous aurons l'occasion de revoir à Dugauguez Oliveira, Charpenet et Elzéard, tous ex défenseurs vert et rouge !
Seule modification dans le groupe sedanais, le remplacement de Ciani, suspendu, par Mendy.
Allez une nouvelle victoire sedanaise, histoire de se rapprocher un peu plus de l'élite et de contenter un public à domicile un tantinet exigeant : Allez Sedan !
Et tous en aileron nord-est supérieur bloc T pour chanter ! |
