Excellent match de Sedan ce soir ! On a vu une équipe battante, avec de l'envie, bref, une équipe comme on les aime !
Après un premier quart d'heure équilibré, les Sedanais dominaient la dernière demi heure de la première mi-temps sans toutefois être dangereux. Au contraire, c'est Metz qui allait faire preuve de réalisme en ouvrant la marque sur un coup-franc légèrement dévié par Mendy.
Les deux équipes rentraient aux vestiaires sur ce score en faveur de Metz. A la mi-temps, Traoré était remplacé par Stinat, semble-t-il suite à une blessure. Auparavant, Eudeline avait été remplacé par Scaramozzino aux environs du premier quart d'heure.
Les Sedanais démarraient la seconde mi-temps tambour battant, après un pénalty flagrant non sifflé pour une faute de main, c'est Allart à la limite du hors-jeu qui égalisait. La joie était de courte durée, dans la foulée, sur une erreur de Scaramozzino, Mendy redonnait l'avantage au FC Metz. Tiberi concluait trois minutes de folie en égalisant de nouveau !
Sedan dominait le match mais les Messins se créaient quelques occasions et peu à peu reprenaient l'ascendant.
Strasser sauvait in-extrémis devant Allart avant que celui-ci, d'une superbe passe, n'offre le troisième but à Tiberi qui délivrait le stade d'une frappe magnifique !
Le score en restait là, le CSSA démarre sa folle semaine de la meilleure des façons et revient par la même occasion à sept points du deuxième Angers. Encore trois points et le maintien sera acquis ! Rendez-vous mardi contre Guingamp et vendredi pour le derby.

Pour ce triptyque, Landry Chauvin pourra compter sur l'ensemble de ses joueurs à l'exception des blessés longue durée et de Le Moigne, Regnault et Rozic en phase de reprise. Il est à noter que Babacar Gueye ne peut disputer ce match face à Metz, par accord des deux clubs, ainsi Kevin Parienté le remplace par rapport au groupe qui s'est déplacé face à Amiens.
Le Fc Metz sera privé de Jestrovic et Gestede tous deux blessés. A la charge des Vert et Rouge de prendre leur revanche du match aller, battu 2 à 0 à Saint-Symphorien, il n'avaient pas vu le jour subissant notamment un penalty et une expulsion lors de la 9ème journée. Depuis les Sedanais se sont repris étant depuis la meilleure défense du championnat (avec 12 buts encaissés), la meilleure formation à l'extérieur (avec 15 points) et l'une des meilleures tout cours (4ème avec 30 points). Tout ceci à confirmer ce soir ...
