Sedan est en L1. C'est une certitude depuis une semaine et la fabuleuse victoire sur la pelouse de Delaune. ce match contre les Bretons devait être un feu d'artifice, une fête, une communion et des adieux... Didier Neumann, le capitaine courage des Sedanais "version L2" a été applaudi à tout rompre et porté en triomphe par ses coéquipiers. Il quitte le navire Vert et Rouge après 3 ans de très bon et très loyaux services. Il a montré le voie par son esprit irréprochable. Un esprit digne des Ardents Ardennais.
Ensuite, il y eu grondement, et quel grondement. Serge Romano réclama la sortie de Pius N'Diefi qu'il avait titularisé pour l'occasion et lui donner une standing ovation que tout joueur rêve d'avoir. Notre "petit" Camerounais nous a tout de même gratifié d'un but qui libéra les Sangliers à l'heure de jeu. Et donc ce grondement, "Pius Pius Pius Pius ..." une sortie inoubliable... Merci à vous NOS champions. Vous resterez dans notre mémoire.
Et le match dans tout ça ? Et bien une 1ère mi temps plutôt alrete mais pauvre en occasion, hormi un loupé de Pius alors qu'il avait fait le plus difficile. Nadir Beljadj trouva le poteau sur un superbe coup franc en roulé... Dommage... Lolo Gagnier offrit le break à la dernière minute. Joueurs et supporters pouvaient exhulter pour le plus grand plaisir de tous...
Tours d'honneur, olas, "jeux" avec chaque tribune, hommage à Di To, fumis et feux d'artifice ... la fête était complète. En n'oubliant pas de remercier l'entraineur Serge Romano qui a rempli sa mission : retrouver l'élite... Quelle fête. Le public s'est enfin retrouvé. Sedan redevient Sedan en même temps qu'il retrouve les strass et les paillettes de la Ligue 1. Une nouvelle aventure débute, mais même si cette page se tourne, elle restera comme un moment particulier pour tous les Ardennais. On a tous un peu la gueule de bois, avec un sentiment contrasté : le bonheur de retrouver NOTRE place dans le Top 20 national, mais aussi la peine de quitter des joueurs exemplaires et fantastiques...
Donc, un seul mot suffira pour cloturer cette saison et tout ce que l'on peut ressentir... MERCI !!!!!!!!!!! |

Au programme ce soir, les anciens de 56, Césarine, des drapeaux et des casquettes, feu d'artifice et un dernier hommage à Di To, "You'll never walk alone" sera diffusé à l'entrée des joueurs.
Le stade ne sera pas loin d'être comble, sachant qu'a cette heure environ 23000 places sont déjà vendues ou données aux collèges du département.
Des animations sont prévues dans les tribunes également ...
Grosse, grosse fête en perspective donc !
Et le match me direz-vous ?
Ha oui au fait, il s'agit bien d'un match de foot.
L'enjeu ? Nul. Sedan jouera sans pression pour la raison que l'on connaît tous et Guingamp n'a plus rien à espérer de ce championnat depuis bien longtemps.
Par conséquent, quelque soit l'issue du match, c'est bien de faire la fête qu'il s'agit !
Pour certains joueurs c'est sans doute une derniére occasion de fouler la pelouse de Dugau avant transfert. Pour la majorité de l'équipe, l'occasion de faire la fête avec ses supporters en dépit des récents accrocs à la maison. Sachons faire table rase du passé et fétons dignement le retour du CSSA parmi l'élite !
Une fin de saison représente toujours un petit pincement au coeur sachant que nous allons être sevré de foot pendant de longues semaines ... Place aux transferts, renouvellements de contrat, rumeurs en tout genre et matchs de préparation. Mais quand on sait ce qu'il nous attend à la reprise ...
Il reste un dernier match et c'est celui-ci, profitons-en tous et rendez-vous dans 2 mois pour de nouvelles aventures.
A noter, l'apparition de N'Diéfi dans le groupe en lieu et place de Mokaké.
