Et si le CSSA n'avait récolté que ce qu'il avait semé ?
Ce Sedan - Clermont, c'est un peu l'histoire de l'arroseur arrosé ...
Alors qu'on semblait s'acheminer vers un partage des points - le CSSA évoluait tout de même en supériorité numérique depuis une demi-heure - Sedan, incapable une nouvelle fois de concrétiser par maladresse ses occasions de buts, se voyait offrir une occasion inespérée de remporter la victoire par Monsieur Falcone en se faisant accorder un penalty "généreux" dirons-nous.
Boutabout ne se faisait pas prier et donnait un avantage aux siens qu'on pensait définitif, c'était bien payé ...
Las, sur un ultime coup de pied arrêté de prés de 40 métres (!), un Clermontois trouvait le moyen de placer une tête victorieuse au sein d'une défense amorphe : 2 partout ...
Le CSSA, par la maladresse de ses avants, de son gardien et la fébrilité de sa défense, comme contre Angers, laissait filer deux nouveaux points qui risquent de péser lourd lors du décompte final pour l'accession, tant et si bien qu'il soit encore possible d'avccrocher une place sur le podium. Une fois n'est pas coutume, l'homme noir n'avait pas ménagé ses efforts pour faire gagner les Vert et Rouge, en vain ... |

Après s'être mis à jour face à Montpellier il y a une quinzaine et aprés une promenade champêtre dans le Douaisis, le CSSA renoue avec la ligue 2 et son stade Dugauguez ce vendredi en recevant le Clermont Foot Auvergne.
Une équipe de Clermont qui est 5ème au classement à 3 points de la 3ème place, après un très bon début de saison, notamment à l'extérieur, surtout pour un promu.
Cette équipe n'a perdu qu'une fois hors de ses bases, c'était contre Montpellier. Sedan et Clermont se sont rencontrés 3 fois en ligue 2 dans les Ardennes, le bilan est pour l'instant favorable à Sedan avec 2 victoires et un nul.
A noter que ce match sera aussi l'occasion de revoir avec grand plaisir l'ancienne doublure de Patrick Regnault, Mickael Fabre.
Pour cette rencontre, José Pasqualetti a reconduit le groupe habituel sauf Buysse toujours blessé. Traoré qui a purgé son match de suspension en Coupe refait son retour dans le groupe et Lachor incertain au départ tiendra finalement bien sa place. Baning ne figure toujours pas dans les 16.
