En 1ére mi-temps, Sedan se créait un nombre élevé d'occasions tandis que Niort restait sur la défensive. Malheureusement, personne ne réussi à tromper la vigilance de Marichez.
La 2éme mi-temps repartait sur le même rythme jusqu'à ce que Romano ne sorte Gagnier sous les sifflets du publics, surpris par ce coaching surprenant, sortir le meilleur attaquant de la soirée, quelle idée??!!!!!
A partir de là, on retrouvait le Sedan de l'automne dernier, de grands ballons devants, l'incapacité à construire une action, bref une fin de match à oublier trés vite.
Du coup, Sedan fait la mauvaise opération et se retrouve 4éme.
Espérons que Romano se rendra compte de ses erreurs.... |

Aprés la déconvenue de Guingamp, certes sévère, il va falloir remettre la machine en route face à Niort, sous peine de voir revenir tous nos adversaires pour la montée.
Ce match peut sembler facile sur le papier, mais rappelons-nous qu'à l'aller, nous avions perdu 3-0.
Sedan éprouve énormément de mal à faire le jeu face à ces équipes qui viennent à Dugaugez jouer le contre.
Il faudra donc percer le coffre-fort niortais pour gagner la mise.
Le championnat s'est encore reserré et on assiste au retour des grosses équipes en tête du classement, Montpellier, Guingamp, Le Mans...
Les 4 matchs qui arrivent sont à priori faciles, réception de Niort et Clermont et déplacement à Amiens et Creteil, c'est donc le moment rêvé pour s'échapper mais attention, ils ne sont faciles que sur le papier!!
A Niort, Ferrier est toujours en attente de sa lettre de sortie, il devrait se déplacer à Sedan et attendre éventuellement le feu vert sur place.
Michel est absent en raison d'une angine. N'Da devrait tenir sa place malgré une blessure.
Facciuto est lui blessé au genou.
Deschamps sera bien là.
Joseph-Augustin est suspendu suite à son expulsion à face à Brest.
A Sedan,le groupe est composé à moitié de joueurs défensifs!!
Sabin et Amalfitano sont suspendus et Liri (crise de paludisme)sera absent.
A noter la 1ére apparition du jeune Dimitri Boudaud, qui aura 18 ans en Février!
Sedan devra montrer les mêmes dispositions offensives que face à Strasbourg et à Nancy afin de battre les chamois qui possède la plus mauvaise attaque.
